Exchange and Refund
- No return and no refund. Only exchange!
- Place exchange request within 7 days of receiving a product.
- Initiate exchange if you receive damaged, defective, different product than what you ordered, or product with missing part/s.
- Items with the original tags, labels, and Intact Packaging (that are in sellable condition) shall be eligible for exchange.
